Believe it or not, American citizens are charged more
for prescription medications by US manufacturers, than
those same manufacturers charge people in other countries.
For instance, an American buying an American made medication
in America could be charged almost double, what someone
in Canada would be charged for that same medication (despite
that it is the same medication, manufactured at the same
drug manufacturing plant in the U.S.).
American drug manufacturers are the culprit. They
have spent millions of dollars lobbying the American government
for years to keep prices high in the U.S. despite that
they sell the same drug to other countries cheaper.
The result?
Some Americans can't afford their medications. Some
American's go thru life suffering unnecessarily because
they can't afford the higher priced mediations. Some Americans
die because they can't afford to pay HIGHER PRICES.
To protest this horrible campaign of greed by some American
Drug Manufacturers we are listing a few sites outside
the United States where American citizens can legally
buy American made medications at lower prices.
Our hope is that this may ease the suffering of those
who cannot afford the higher prices charged in the U.S.,
to ease the financial strain on seniors and the poor,
and to possibly save the life of someone who desperately
needs these medications but can't afford them. |
